JOLY Tiny House offers a cosy experience with a spacious double bed and a mezzanine bed for families, a comfortable living room, an eco-friendly dry toilet, tasteful decoration and high-quality bedding. The natural skincare products in the shower room are lovingly made by our bees, using beeswax and propolis.
Breakfast, made with organic and local produce, will be served in a basket in front of the Tiny House at the time of your choosing.

A fully-equipped 60m² one-bedroom flat in a luxury building built in 2024 is available for stays of 4 nights or more.
JOLY Studio is located 100 metres from numerous restaurants, on the edge of the Forêt de Soignes. The first bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from Brussels.

JOLY Greenhouse
For your group business events, we offer an innovative setting in an authentic Overijse greenhouse where we grow table grapes.
The facilities can accommodate up to 20 people and can be adapted to suit your needs, with plenty of flexibility between the two buildings: the JOLY Greenhouse and the cottage for added coolness.
You'll have all the equipment provided on site: tables, chairs, a large screen for projection, flipcharts and a wifi connection.

Welcome to our home!
In the early 1900s, the JOLY estate included a château, parkland, orchard and farm.
In 2014, we fell under the spell of this beautiful garden on the edge of the forest. The period greenhouse, the space for our children and the proximity of the woods immediately appealed to us. We quickly put down our suitcases in this pretty corner of paradise.
