JOLY Tiny House offers all the comforts you need for a warm and welcoming experience.

Our cottage has a spacious double bed and a mezzanine children's bed for families. You can relax in a cosy lounge area, and our shower room is equipped with an eco-friendly dry toilet for a smaller environmental footprint.

We've taken great care in decorating this tiny house to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We've also taken care to provide you with high-quality bedding for peaceful, restful nights.

A gourmet, home-made breakfast made from organic produce will be delivered to the front of the Tiny House at the time you specify.

Our delicious jams are made from fruit grown in our own garden. You can also enjoy homemade bread, local cheese, fresh eggs from our hens and honey produced by our bees.

We offer a variety of drinks to accompany your breakfast, including tea, coffee and fruit juices.

In our shower room, you'll find natural skincare products, lovingly made by our bees.

Our soap is made from beeswax and propolis in the Habeebee soap factory in Brussels, not far from the Forêt de Soignes.

The Tiny House is a non-smoking area.

As the meadow is home to free-roaming sheep, we were unfortunately unable to welcome our dog friends.

Children under 3 stay free of charge, but please remember to bring a cot. For children aged 3 to 12, there is an additional charge of €25 per child (maximum 2 children).

No charge for cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival.
